Thu, 24 July 2008  The 2009 legislative session doesn't start for another five months but we get an early start. This Special Edition of ReadBack highlights proposed changes in the Texas Court Reporters Certification Board procedures. These changes range from procedural language changes in Chapter 52 to granting provisional licensing to out-of-state reporters until they take the certification test.
